The practice of yoga is one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves.
I have been profoundly blessed on this journey we call life to have crossed paths with the most amazing teachers and souls that have taught, shaped, lifted, guided, and, most importantly, inspired me.
After decades of practice, I realized wholeheartedly that I wanted to share this path with those curious and open.
I am honored and grateful to guide you on a journey of self discovery through yoga and meditation.
Through this practice we learn “when the student is ready the teacher appears.” We are the teacher within and our own best teacher.
I am excited for our paths to cross!

Flow with strength, ease, and presence. My classes are rooted in Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa - dynamic and energizing, yet balanced with mindful awareness. Each class invites you to move with intention, deepen your breath, and connect with your body in a supportive space. We will move through a balanced mix of strength-building postures, fluid sequences, and moments of stillness designed to cultivate presence, stamina, and clarity.

Quiet the mind, open the heart. Through mindfulness and compassion-based meditation, I guide practices that cultivate awareness, kindness, and inner calm. These sessions are accessible to all, whether you’re beginning your meditation journey or deepening your practice.

Milestone birthdays (or any birthday really, as they are all milestones!), wedding day “morning of" practice, workday lunch breaks, happy hour groups, seasonal resets - you name it, let’s create it! Let me weave in my experience with events and planning to create something special that will leave you centered and nostalgic.

It’s never too early to start! Parents that experience the gift of their children cultivating their own inner peace and practice is pure magic. Have your fav mini grab a group of friends and let’s make the magic happen.
Mindful Minis are short, engaging sessions designed especially for teens and tweens. Through simple yoga-inspired movement, breathing practices, and compassion-based mindfulness, we build self-awareness, and strengthen emotional resilience.
